With 12 years of experience, Isabel is the foundation of Florence Beauty Salon. She specializes in advanced hair extension methods — Weft, I-Tip, and K-Tip — and is known throughout the Tri-Cities for creating seamless blondes and rich, dimensional brunettes.

As an educator and mentor, Isabel is passionate about elevating both her clients and her team. When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll find her solo traveling, gardening, or diving into personal development and finance.

Hi, my name is Jacklynn! I’m originally from Auburn, WA and moved to the Tri-Cities last year. I’m a proud girl mom, and when I’m not behind the chair you can usually find us shopping, going on walks, spending time with family, or sneaking in a cozy couch nap.

I received my cosmetology license last year and officially began working in a salon this year. I love doing blonding, bridal hair & lived in color. I’ve recently been diving into extensions—something I’m absolutely loving and excited to grow in. I can’t wait to continue learning, creating, and connecting with new clients

Hi, I’m Ariel. I’ve been behind the chair for 4 years, specializing in custom lightening services with a focus on lived-in color for a soft, low-maintenance look.

When I’m not in the salon I’m with my family. I have a 5 month old son and a 10 year old step daughter. A few fun facts about me: I’m a huge animal lover with two cats and a dog, olive green is my favorite color, and I’m usually caffeinated! My go to coffee order is a White Coffee Peppermint Mocha, or I’ll have a quick 5hr energy🤪
