By appointment only.

First-Time Clients

A $50 non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure your first appointment. This fee will be applied toward your service total.
Should a second appointment be missed or canceled outside the policy guidelines, the full service fee will be due upfront to rebook.

Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

Late Arrival Policy

Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and will be subject to a late cancellation fee.
If your stylist is running behind, you will be notified as soon as possible. We value transparency and your time.

No Call / No Show Policy

Clients who no-call/no-show will not be permitted to book future appointments. Communication is appreciated and expected.

 

Refund Policy

All services and fees are non-refundable. If you experience any concerns, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can make it right.

 

Children & Extra Guests

To preserve the relaxing atmosphere and due to limited space, children and extra guests are not permitted unless receiving a service.
We kindly ask that you come alone to your appointment so we can maintain a peaceful and professional environment for everyone.
